Mr. Lawrence Noble introduced Workforce1, a network which helps students find training programs and job placement afterwards. Students registered!
EMTs and paramedics who went through Workforce1 described their experiences.
Over a pizza dinner, students met with Columbia University medical student mentors who remain in touch with the students and answer any follow up questions.
Ms. Martina Kerrison, Patient Care Associate at New York-Presbyterian Hospital, described EKG and Phlebotomy, and motivated students to take meaningful steps towards careers they are interested in.
